Important Information for Oral Presenters

• Presentation time: 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
• A Windows presentation computer will be available in each session room.
• Presenters are requested to upload their PowerPoint or PDF file to the paper submission system by Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
• A completed Copyright Form must be submitted before a presentation file can be uploaded to the system.
• The maximum upload file size is 128 MB. If your file exceeds this limit, please bring it on a USB flash drive (type A or C) and transfer it to the session-room computer upon arrival.
• Presenters may use their own computer via an HDMI connection. Presenters using their own computer are responsible for checking the connection and operation at the venue in advance to ensure smooth session operation.

Proceedings Requirement

For the final paper to be included in the NUTHOS-15 Proceedings, authors must:

1. Submit the completed Copyright Form; and
2. Present the work at NUTHOS-15.

Papers that do not meet both requirements will not be included in the Proceedings.
