The registration system and the paper management system are independent of each other (username and password are not common).
You need to create a login account in the registration system in addition to your account in the paper management system.

Author Registration Deadline: June 30, 2026
To secure your paper's inclusion in NUTHOS-15, presenting authors must register by June 30th.
Papers without a registered presenting author by this date will be removed from the final program.
Early Bird and Presenting Author registrations are non-refundable after June 30, 2026.

The Member rate applies to individuals who are current members of any of the following professional societies:

AESJ – Atomic Energy Society of Japan
ANS – American Nuclear Society
Canadian Nuclear Society (CNS)
KNS – Korean Nuclear Society
Chinese Nuclear Society (CNS)

Participants may be asked to provide proof of valid membership at the time of registration.

All fees are in US dollars (USD).
Early Bird and Presenting Author registrations are non-refundable after June 30, 2026.
The Technical Tour is limited to 40 participants and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be sure to add this option when completing your conference registration.
The technical tour fee is non-refundable.
